Puppy Purchase Agreement & Health Guarantee

The Buyer(S) is urged to research the breed and be familiar with all the health issues that could affect their French Bulldog before entering into this or any agreement to purchase one. Any Deposits, Payments, or Full Payoffs are considered non-refundable!

Failure to return signed contract to seller 7 DAYS prior to puppy ship/delivery date will result in cancellation of this contract which means buyer will forfeit their deposit and the puppy will be sold to the next buyer in line.

Thank you for the purchase of your new family member from BlueCoat French Bulldogs.  We are providing you with a health guarantee and sales contract for your peace of mind and ours. This guarantee is a legally binding contract and will be enforced to the full extent of the law. All court mediation will be taken care of in seller's home county of Montgomery.

We require non-refundable $2,500 deposit to be submitted by using Zelle app, to reserve a puppy for the buyer until the puppy is ready to be shipped by the seller, or picked up by the buyer, as per the agreement made.

Puppies are usually ready to go home to their new homes at 8 weeks of age. If a buyer request to receive a puppy prior to eight weeks they are responsible for any health/issues that may occur due to detachment from mother prior to separation date . Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable.

The puppy must be paid in full, plus any additional shipping fees (if applicable), at least one weeks before the puppy is scheduled to be delivered and payment final balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.  Final payments are submitted by bank/wire only.

Every effort will be made by the seller to assure that puppy is healthy when it is delivered to the buyer. Seller will provide a vaccination record when buyers pick up their puppy. The buyer is responsible for all medical expenses occurred from the date of delivery forward. We do not accept a puppy back once the puppy has left our possession/home.

Buyer Agrees To The Following Conditions Of Sale

Buyer agrees there are no other health guarantees other than stated herein:

💙 At the option of the buyer, and at the buyers's expense, the puppy can be taken to the buyer's on veterinarian for a healthy exam within 72 hours of their purchase of the puppy.If this option is exercise, a copy of the veterinary evaluation/certificate and any exam findings shall be provided and email to the seller within 48-72 hours of the examination. If veterinarian deems puppy to be unhealthy, in writing, for purchase price will be refunded upon return of puppy, all documents, and we see a veterinarians written statement at the buyers expense. If this option is not exercise the buyer is in agreement that the puppy was received by the buyer in a healthy condition.

💙 The puppy will be guaranteed for one year against any incurable and deliberating genetic disorder requiring the dog to be euthanized. Should the dog die due to a genetic disorder within one year of the date of purchase, the seller will replace the dog for the buyer provided the seller is giving substantiating documentation and evidence. The buyer agrees to have a necropsy performed at the buyer's expense. Necropsy is to be performed by a licensed veterinary pathologist with appropriate tissue samples taken and evaluated and a copy of a written report must be forwarded to the seller for review. All warranties are for replacement only, and not for refund of purchase price in whole or part, or any reimbursement of veterinary/medical expenses incurred by the buyer or any other expenses in whole or part.

💙 Due to the inherent variability of breeding and litters, a puppy may not be available immediately and a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed one year, will be allowed for replacement. In the event no such puppy is available or seller is no longer breeding, a refund of 1/2 of the purchase price will be given to the buyer. No guarantees apply to health related problems caused by nutrition or care, nor any accident or illness.

💙 The seller will pay no veterinary expenses. No reimbursements have any money for veterinary for veterinary bills incurred will be provided by seller. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

💙 Buyer agrees to notify seller immediately should this puppy become severely ill. Any and all veterinary records must be forwarded to the seller upon request. Buyers also must agree to notify seller immediately upon any such diagnose being made and prior to any decision to euthanize or this agreement will is null and void.

💙 As with any and all living things, there unfortunately can be no guarantee for a future with no problems. The seller does not guarantee against any disease that can be acquired after the puppy has left the sellers home/possession.

💙 This guarantee does not cover the following, which are common conditions for the bulldog Breed and highly predictable: treatment of internal or external parasites or bacteria, cherry eye, loose hip, lose knees, skin allergies, elongated soft palates, and small or collapse (stenotic) nostrils, bad or uneven bites, demodex, appearance, mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, coccidia, kennel cough, giarrdia, or thyroid dysfunction.

💙 The seller strives to produce the healthiest puppy possible and is always highly concerned about the subsequent health of all puppies produced and sold. Please do contact the seller immediately for consultation if any of these conditions should occur throughout the lifetime of your dog. This type of information is very important to our breeding program. We also enjoy hearing updates on how healthy and well our dogs are doing in their new homes. Any and all updates are always welcome.

💙 Your puppy should continue to receive it's series of puppy combo distemper vaccines, if these are not yet complete it. And initial rabies vaccine should be given at any point between 4 to 6 months of age and then receive boosters every 1 to 3 years as required.

💙 Buyers signature indicate that he/she has reviewed and discussed this contract with the breeder/seller and agrees prior to receiving said puppy/dog and is in full agreement and approval of the above terms and conditions.
Violation of any part of this contract may result in the cellar reclaiming the animal without refund. In the event this contract is litigated any suit shall be file and tried in Montgomery County, Texas.
