CAN I REQUEST ADDITIONAL PHOTOS & VIDEOS?
Unfortunately, we do not allow potential clients to our place of business, due to safety precaution. We do not expose our puppies to the public, in order to prevent virus and bacteria exposure. Please view our Website and Instagram page for updated photos and videos.
MAY I VISIT OR SEE THE PUPPY IN PERSON:
We love to share our puppies humble beginnings with our clients. We periodically post photos and videos of our puppies on our Instagram Page for clients viewing. The first few weeks of our puppies life is important to us. We dedicate most our time to our puppy's transition and development. With many request, we are unable to provide personal photos and video. We will do our best to share each puppy's photo : )
HOW TO SUBMIT A DEPOSIT?

ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY ZELLE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS.
We accept deposits to secure the purchase of a puppy. You can fill out the deposit/reservation form https://www.bluecoatfrenchbulldogs.com/reservation-form. We will call/text you to provide information to Zelle deposit payment. A non-refundable deposit is required to finalize the reservation process.
PUPPY'S FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRE PRIOR TO DELIVERIES?
Unfortunately, we require our potential clients to submit final payments prior to delivery. Again, due to safety precautions, we do not accept large amount of money in a public setting. If clients are not happy during the initial "Meet & Greet", we will offer a 100% Full refund. Refund may take up to 30 days to process. NOTE: We do not accept or exchange a puppy once it have left our possession.
MAY I REQUEST FOR A DEPOSIT REFUND?
No. Under no circumstances, deposits are non-refundable. If clients are not happy during the initial "Meet & Greet", we will offer a refund for the purchase price. Refund may take up to 30 days to process.
HOW DOES BLUECOAT DETERMINE PUPPY'S PRICE?
Prices are based on a combination of color, conformation, and DNA. Therefore, our prices are determined at 4 weeks of age. At 4 weeks, we announce puppy prices and begin our client's selection process. If puppies listed for the current litter does not meet you preference, you'll have pick of a puppy in the next available litter. All of our puppies are AKC registered. Limited AKC registration require spay/ neuter by the new owner. Full AKC registration with breeding rights are available upon request for an additional cost.
HOW MUCH IS MY BALANCE AFTER RESERVATION DEPOSIT?
Once we receive your non-refundable reservation deposit, your remaining balance including any additional service fee such as: Airline's fare, Microchipping, ect... is due prior to delivery.
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE MY PUPPY COMES HOME?
Here is a list of the basic necessities you may need for your new puppy.
Puppy water & food bowl
Puppy skincare (Recommendation: BlueCoat Skincare Products)
Puppy play pen
Pillow and/or blankets (Frenchies love pillows)
DO YOU OFFER BREEDING RIGHTS?
Yes. We are proud of our breeding program bloodlines. Our mission is to improve and enhance the blue bloodline quality. We select French Bulldogs puppies with unique DNA genes to produce unique and amazing colors for our program. In order to receive breeding rights, we may require an interview. WE PROVIDE PET PRICE, UNLESS ASK. If you are inquiring about our breeding rights (FULL AKC), please let us know you are requesting breeding rights. There is an addition cost...call for pricing.
AS A BREEDER; MAY I REQUEST FULL REGISTRATION DNA TESTING RESULTS
DNA (for breeding rights) Test results are available upon request. BlueCoat Genetic test are preformed at 3 weeks of age. All of our DNA testing are preformed at UC Davis Veterinary Genetics Laboratory (https://www.vgl.ucdavis.edu/services/dog.php). There is a $100 service charge for test results.
WHY DO FRENCH BULLDOGS COST SO MUCH?
French Bulldogs can occasionally produce incredibly rare colors like a purplish/lilac, chocolates, and blue color currently only available from reputable breeders. The French Bulldog is just not an easy dog to breed. In rare cases, French Bulldogs can breed naturally, mainly due to their narrow hips which makes mounting difficult. Therefore, females are artificially inseminated. A reputable breeder have several visits to the veterinarian to ensure breeding is successful during conception. This is a fairly costly and time consuming process.
Another reason that's taken in consideration, French Bulldogs females tend to have relatively small litters. The average litter of live births is about four puppies, but litters of one or two puppies are very common. Most French Bulldogs tend to have larger than average heads, which can cause difficult delivery through the birth canal. Therefore, Frenchies are delivered by C-section, which is a very costly procedure, especially at the ER Vet, which seems to happen quite frequently. A responsible breeder assist the new mother around the clock for the first several days to ensure the care of the new borns. We tend to monitor proper feedings every 2-3 hours around the clock and they should not be left alone with the mom, at least for the first several days. Frenchie moms are generally very attentive and good moms, but there is a high probability that a mom will inadvertently rollover on one of her babies and smother it. We couldn’t bear to see this happen, so we are up with them constantly and get very sleep deprived when we have new litters.
When these things are taken into consideration, along with the normal vet bills, medicines, food, toys, play areas, shelters, and attention that must be devoted to these dogs, breeding Frenchies gets to be an expensive and time consuming proposition.
DO YOU PROVIDE PUPPY'S DELIVERY?
Absolutely! We refer experienced airline attendants who make deliveries for our clients on their off days. There is an additional fee ($500 & Up.) Price is based on Airline's fare. We will personally delivery puppies to our clients in state and/or 1-2 hours away from our home.
